July 1, 2016 – Paonia, CO. The Blue Sage Center for the Arts announced today that it is seeking applications for its Executive Director position. Annette Pretorius, the organization’s current Executive Director, announced her resignation at the end of May. Her last day will be October 31, 2016. Over the last 5 years the organization has grown tremendously and the current Board of Directors is seeking a sophisticated and experienced Executive Director to continue leading the organization forward.
“This is definitely the best job I’ve ever had!” says current Executive Director, Annette Pretorius, “The organization is lucky to have such a hardworking and dedicated Board of Directors and passionate team of paid helpers to keep everything going. We’ve come a long way in 5 years and I’m excited for a new director to love working here as much as I have and to take the organization to the next level.” Annette doesn’t know what she will do after leaving the Blue Sage but is positive that it will use all the skills she’s built up during her time as Executive Director.

The Blue Sage Center for the Arts is the keystone of the North Fork Valley’s arts community, providing education and expression in the arts and humanities in order to engage and enrich the North Fork community.
