Gentle Therapeutic Stretching
Gentle Theraputic Stretching: a class for those who may have challenges with knees or hips or with gereral flexibility. Some streteches will be done seated in chairs, or using chairs for support. Some will be done standing, seated, or lying down. But stretches WILL NOT REQUIRE any seated bent-knee positions.

Kripalu Yoga
Join Phyllis on Thursday mornings at 8:30 for a gentle yoga work out. The practice of yoga allows us to dive more deeply into our own inner stillness. Kripalu Yoga, named for Swami Kripalvanandji, uses breath, inward focusing, and concentration to help the practitioner move by stages from willful postures to a surrendered “meditation in motion”.
