    Gentle Therapeutic Movement: a class for those who may have challenges with knees or hips or with gereral flexibility. Some streteches will be done seated in chairs, or using chairs for support. Some will be done standing, seated, or lying down. But stretches WILL NOT REQUIRE any seated bent-knee positions. Some Feldenkrais exercises will be included.     Cardio Hip Hop Cardio Hip-hop is an all levels dance work out class. We will be learning basic hip-hop techniques, isolations and choreography that will build into a hip-hop routine. The class is a great cardio workout as we will be dancing continually to fast-paced, high-energy hip-hop and world music. Originally from the California Bay Area, Rose Costello has been dancing for over 25 years. She classically trained as a ballet dancer and has since studied hip-hop, salsa and flamenco dance.
