Join Phyllis on Thursday mornings at 8:30 for a gentle yoga work out. The practice of yoga allows us to dive more deeply into our own inner stillness. Kripalu Yoga, named for Swami Kripalvanandji, uses breath, inward focusing, and concentration to help the practitioner move by stages from willful postures to a surrendered “meditation in motion”.

Integral Yoga Hatha is a transformative experience.  At once it soothes the mind and focuses the thought; it deeply releases and energizes.  A seamless blend of the spiritual and physical, each Integral Yoga Hatha class begins with chanting to cenert the mind, moves through asana sequences for full-body health, and concludes with deep relaxation, breath work and mediation.  Cultivating an attention to stillness and developing a connection to the True Self which leads to an easeful body, peaceful mind and useful life.
