Kripalu Yoga, named for Swami Kripalvanandji, uses breath, inward focusing, and concentration to help the practitioner move by stages from willful postures to a surrendered “meditation in motion”.

    Starting Tuesday October 6th you can work on your artistic skills with Life Drawing at the Blue Sage. This extraordinary opportunity is run by volunteers for artists of all levels. Each session is two hours with a group critique once a month. A $5 (minimum) donation is requested for each session which will go toward rent and the model.
