In addition to working on fundamentals, students will prepare routines to be featured in the semester-end production of Marty Durlin's musical, The Twelve Months.

    Students in 3rd-5th grade will develop their understanding of basic music theory through vocal techniques, ear training and performance skills. This process of ensemble music making cultivates students' sense of responsibility, commitment, self-discipline, confidence, and poise, key ingredients for success in any field of endeavor. Students in this class will be given the opportunity to opt in to an additional 30 minutes of class to prepare songs to perform in the semester-end production of Marty Durlin's musical The Twelve Months.
