Gentle Therapeutic Movement: a class for those who may have challenges with knees or hips or with gereral flexibility. Some streteches will be done seated in chairs, or using chairs for support. Some will be done standing, seated, or lying down. But stretches WILL NOT REQUIRE any seated bent-knee positions. Some Feldenkrais exercises will be included. These help build awareness of habitual neuromuscular patterns and rigidities and expand options for new ways of moving.
